  • Comfort service

    The product COMFORT SERVICE is the main and most widely used product offered by KOMTERM, a.s., representing a basis for all associated products. The comprehensive nature of the product is of value especially to those clients who require high standard and optimized operation of the heat source or TZB technology. Among other features, this product guarantees a continues year-around connection to the KOMTERM group non-stop control panel.

    The concept of the COMFORT SERVICE product is based on operation of the heat sources and operation of the TZB technological facilities, including remote monitoring and control of the technological processes through a control panel. This enables us to cover the operation of many heat sources without the need for physical presence of operators. The advantage lies in the immediate intervention in case of a failure/malfunction, using the mobile service technicians.

    The product includes:

    • Operation and year-around servicing of the technological facilities
    • Connection to technological control panel
    • Elimination of any discovered malfunctions/deficiencies on the technical facilities.
    • Revisions, inspections and expert checks in accordance with the applicable laws
    • Preventive inspections and operational maintenance
    • Regular reading of energy consumption meters
    • Administration of the agenda associated with the operation of the technological equipment (such as emissions, energy offtake records)
    • Communication with clients though customer center

    Communicator

    The COMMUNICATOR product is used by client in the form of HELPDESK support, providing continuous services for the technological equipment within the options of emergency intervention upon contacting the control panel. The price is fixed for a one year period - covering the services provided by the control panel. Each individual intervention is subsequently charged according to the price rates of service interventions.

    The product includes:

    • Non-stop emergency service upon request
    • Emergency repairs upon request
    • Revisions, inspections and expert checks in accordance with the applicable laws

    Compact Building Management

    The COMPACT BUILDING MANAGEMENT product is a comprehensive product providing the clients with services associated with the operation of technological equipment of the buildings (TZB) in hotels, hospitals, schools, production plants, shopping centers and administrative buildings. The scope of the service includes the operation of the technological equipment TZB - either in the form of permanent presence of the technical staff, or in the form of partial presence of technical staff, with monitoring of TZB equipment through non-stop control panel at KOMTERM group.

    The product includes:

    • Permanent or part-time presence of technical staff and year-around operation of the TZB equipment of the buildings
    • Elimination of any discovered malfunctions/deficiencies on the technical facilities.
    • Revisions, inspections and expert checks in accordance with the applicable laws
    • Preventive inspections and operational maintenance
    • Regular reading of energy consumption meters
    • Administration of the agenda associated with the operation of the technological equipment (such as emissions, energy off take records)
    • Operation of other building technologies (elevators, waste management, etc.)
    • Communication with clients though customer center
    • Connection to technological control panel
  • Is KOMTERM capable  of providing for the operation of heat sources or technologies throughout the entire Czech Republic?

    Yes, KOMTERM is capable of providing the operation of heat sources in the Czech and Slovak Republic.

    What are the benefits of continuous monitoring of the source and connection to KOMTERM control panel?

    You receive a guarantee of on-line changes of the required parameters, such as changes in time programs, changes in the heating curves, etc., immediate and accurate identification of defects,  service interventions within 2 hours of fault detection and last but not least, you get optimization of operating costs.

    Do you provide comprehensive administrative agenda (i.e. revision records, test records, measurement records)?

    The administrative agenda of the current year is kept by our company and submitted once per year as a single file to the client´s contact person. Moreover, upon client´s request we submit copies of individual reports, by means determined by the client.

    What is the variable cost limit, such as material limit?

    Maximum financial cost limit per single repair including the material is determined by the client in the contract. Materials or services required for the repair or maintenance, in excess to this limit, will be charged to the client.
